Hi Moose....I actually think a lot of the inventory loss is due to houses being sold and nothing be listed to replace them. Ballard right now is rife with sold signs. None of the houses I've seen were delisted....all got sold. Some faster then others, but in the end someone shelled out for them. I expect a competitive Spring season...but definitely slower the 2005. But still strong...
There have been plenty of houses pulled from the market in Ballard. I do agree though, that the dumps (380-500) have been doing much better. Mid to high is not a place you would want to be right now. Lower end is still holding up alright.
