So the News out today, (actually tuesday)on CNN is that housing prices are up nationally and everything looks rosy. Dig a little deeper on the trailing articles and you will find averages are down and it hasn't hit the bottom. It seems that the national news is trying to statistacally prod us into thinking the slump is over and hiding the gloomy news below the surface. What gives? What is the real story. I am depending on you guys to cut through the bull and give a clearer picture of what is happening. I have noticed a slowdown in the postings here and hope that doesn't indicate a disinterst of the bubble bursting or indicate that the predictions of a burst is waining.
